Arthur raises both eyebrows, but he really isn't that surprised by the proposition. He smiles down at his desk and then up at Eames like he's really considering it (because he is), but then he looks at the door and presses his lips together.

The guys he hired to watch the door aren't that far down the hall, and he never trusts himself not to look horribly obvious after the act. So, he looks back at Eames and just shakes his head.
