Arthur can't say he's surprised by this but he is still pleased, wrapping his arms around Eames' waist a little tighter and kissing him back slowly. He's so much smaller than he usually is right now and sometimes that's a welcome change, but Arthur's just glad it's a form he's been with before and recognizes. It can be jarring sometimes.
