Party does sniff at him a little and he's not entirely subtle about it, either. He's finally gotten pretty good at scents and what they say about people and he's not entirely sure what this says about the guy, but his face is pretty freaky, so for all Party knows, he's some crazy actual monster, but he does seem somewhat calm and polite-ish.

"Uh... you a votin' kinda guy or what?"
